💙 Rowland House Steps4Hope - Side by Side for Mental Health

For the past few years, Rowland House has proudly partnered with Lifeline to raise awareness of mental health and support the important services they provide within our community.

During Service-Learning Week, students will continue to explore themes of wellbeing, resilience, self-care, and support networks. As part of this learning, Senior Years students will participate in Steps4Hope: Side by Side for Mental Health, a 10-kilometre walk through Sydney Olympic Park.

Through our ongoing support of Lifeline Harbour to Hawkes Sydney, we aim to help ensure that no one must face their darkest moments alone. We invite our community to support this important cause and help Lifeline continue answering every call for help.

Lifeline Harbour to Hawkesbury provides vital suicide prevention services to Sydney's northside - from Sydney Harbour to the Hawkesbury River. They are part of the national Lifeline network providing all Australians with access to 24-hour crisis support and suicide prevention services.

Their vision is an Australia free of suicide. They are committed to providing vital crisis support services and increasing mental health awareness and knowledge of the people in the local community.

Please help me support Lifeline Harbour to Hawkesbury to answer every call, and to ensure no person has to face their toughest moments alone.
